All we ask is that you return your purchase back to us and in the condition that you received them.
There are 2 ways to return shoes to us:
Just fill in the returns form and put it in the box with the shoes. Then securely wrap the box and stick the 'Return to' label on the returns form onto the parcel. For added security please send your parcel to us by recorded delivery.

Great product but required one size larger as they are on small side.

they are great shoes,but had to take them back to a store as they are very small made,i am a 7 but needed an 8,thank god schuh,let you rteturn them to a shop if you buy on-line well done
